SUBJECT: INITIAL VISUAL SURVEY OF SITE 73-WESTVILLE | POTENTIAL RE-728 ACTIVITY

Agents,

Early morning reconnaissance at Site 73-Westville has yielded a series of anomalous visual disturbances. Dense fog cover, increased EM interference, and sporadic red-light phenomena have been recorded across multiple vantage points. Field cameras experienced intermittent malfunctions and artifacting, consistent with geomagnetic leyline shifts at the convergence zone.

To rule out false positives, we need your eyes on these images. If you can identify a logical source for any of these anomalies (streetlights, signage, reflections, etc.), tag them accordingly in your report. We must determine whether RE-728 is actively manifesting or if these can be dismissed as environmental distortions.

To incentivize your cooperation, agents who successfully rule out false sightings will receive one of the Department’s brand-new coffee mugs—as we’re well aware, no one seems willing to cleanse the previous batch of their biohazardous residue. (aka clean your own damn mugs…)
