CO-3847 - Wulven Weathervane
Incident Report: Lairg, Scotland June 3rd - June 10th, 1993
A weathervane utilized on the barn of a Lairg-based sheepherder. Over the course of several months, strange animal behavior was reported coinciding with full moons. On May 18th, 1993, Site 56 recorded a massive gravitational anomaly and subsequent leyline spike, leading to an also anomalous negative magnetic reading consistent with prior incursion event precursors.
On June 4th, with Research and Field agents temporarily monitoring from Lairg Lodge, a local sheepherder was seen tearing into multiple animals, clawing and biting with bare hands and teeth, before escaping into the wild, tearing his clothes and running away on all fours. One of the sheepdogs was seen acting strangely as well, having entered a nearby village and pawing at the door of one household repeatedly—that of the missing sheepherder. The dog was not a domestic pet and had not been to said house before.
Converged Object:
The object acting as a conduit for the dimensional phenomena was determined in short measure to be the weathervane atop a barn, seen spinning wildly in the night despite calm winds.
Upon removing and measuring the object's resonant capacity using D.C.B. procurement protocol, it was determined to be a Class II, with the possibility for entity incursion.
The missing herder in question would not be found for several days, until a hunting guide and his charge, stalking a red stag, came across Mr. ———. He gouged out the eyes of one and bit a finger off another before being subdued by multiple shots from a hunting rifle.
The body showed signs consistent with both hypertrichosis (rapid and sudden hair growth) as well as the obvious lycanthropic behavior pre-death, including physical elongation of the temporal and nasal bones into a snout-like form and new fang-like teeth, which seemed to have displaced central and lateral incisors as well as the cuspids and first and second bicuspids.
Some level of possible metempsychosis is supposed between the herdsman, Mr. ——, and the canine in question.
Conclusion: (via Voice Transcription)
This event provides yet another tick in the book for Heiser’s CBT, though personally, I see it as self-fulfilled prophecy. Where you look for something strange, you are sure to find it. Though as I write this, I suppose that’s the crux of his theory… albeit with the unproven and untestable reality manifestations he presupposes in his Polarity and Perpetual Transmutation theorems.
Please amend this voice memo to exclude admission of the potential merits of Heiser’s work. No, I didn’t want that recorded. Dammit why don’t these machines come with a delete function? With all the technology the Bureau has, we can’t make these voice transcriptions editable? Stop putting down what I’m saying. God… never mind.
Note: Make sure Heiser isn’t included on this report.
